RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
EXCHANGE FOR CREDIT
As soon as you know you aren’t satisfied with your purchase you need to contact our customer service team via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, style number of the style(s) you want to Exchange as well as your date of purchase. Once we receive that email, we will get back to you with the authorization number for you to process your return. Once the return has been approved you will receive a confirmation to the email where the order was processed including the credit code, to be applied at the time of purchase in your next purchase. All credit codes are to be used within the 30 day use limit. Any return shipping fees are to be paid by each client; we do not offer free return shipping. You have 14 days after the date you place your order to return your items for store credit. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS RECEIVED AFTER 14 DAYS OF ORDERING.
We hold a very strict policy on exchanges for certain items including all jewelry, swimwear, intimates and tailored garments. These items are FINAL SALE once your order has been processed with NO exception.
Most of our sale items are last season pieces or pieces that have certain defects, for which we are not responsible and that is why they are offered at a lower price. If you decide to gift a sale item, we encourage you to double think before processing your order as we have a very strict NO EXCHANGE/NO RETURN policy on all sale items. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE WITH NO EXCEPTION.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Price adjustments, if you purchase something that goes on sale during the time, we are processing you return, we will respect the price you paid when issuing you’re in store credit refund. After those 14 days have gone by, we do not accept any price adjustment claims. Price adjustments are not applicable for any sale items.
Even though our website is constantly being updated, all items are subject to real time availability. Be doesn’t guarantee the availability of all items listed on our website. If the item you purchase is not available, we will contact you immediately and you will be allowed to process a full refund.
We currently accept payments on credit and debit cards through our service provider CONKTA as well as PAYPAL.
All orders are processed in Mexican pesos (MXN), in the case of international orders, currency conversion will be managed directly by your financial institution.
All payments are subject to secondary revision. We reserve the right to request additional information including official identification, credit card copy and any other information we may find fit to process your payment. This is an additional measurement that has been established to protect all our clients and we want to ensure all orders are authorized by the credit card owner.
TIME REQUIRED TO PROCESS AN ORDER
All orders received before 1pm (Mexico City Time) will be processed the same day and shipped out the same day. All orders received after 1pm (Mexico City Time), on Fridays, weekends and official holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day.
Even though we do everything that's in our hands so your orders arrive on time. Some orders may arrive on a different date from the estimated date, this is something that we cannot control.
CUSTOM, INTERNATIONAL TAXES
All orders within the Mexico territory include any customs and national taxes.
All international orders are subject to customs and destination taxes upon arrival of the order to its final destination. We do not prepay international custom taxes, these are to be paid by each client.
